Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing with you my newest crochet pattern, the Stay Golden Dishcloth. The Stay Golden Dishcloth is a great beginner-friendly crochet pattern that can be made in a variety of colors or even just a solid color. This dishcloth would be perfect to make for friends and family, for yourself, or for craft shows.
The Stay Golden Dishcloth is made using Lion Brand Pima Cotton yarn. However, you can use any cotton yarn you have in your yarn stash. This dishcloth is great to use up leftover yarn. I also used a size H-8 crochet hook. My favorite crochet hooks to use are the Clover Amour. You will also need a pair of scissors and a tapestry needle. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!
STAY GOLDEN DISHCLOTH
Materials:
- (1) skein of 100% cotton yarn (I used Lion Brand Pima Cotton 100g/3.5oz, 186yd/170m)
- H-8 crochet hook
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
Size:
8×8
Notes:
- To adjust the size of your dishcloth, you will need to make your chain in any even number. You can also increase the length of your dishcloth by making more rows. Always end with a single crochet row.
- For this dishcloth, you want to use 100% cotton yarn.
- Depending on the size of your dishcloth, you can get 2-3 dishcloths out of one skein of yarn.
