Christmas Slanted Shell Throw Blanket

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing with you my newest crochet pattern, the Christmas Slanted Shell Throw Blanket. This is a great beginner-friendly crochet pattern that uses a variation of the shell stitch. The Christmas Slanted Shell Throw Blanket consists of a one row repeat and can be made in a variety of different colors.

The Christmas Slanted Shell Throw Blanket is made using Premier Basix Yarn in traditional holiday colors. However, you can use any #4 worsted weight yarn you have in your yarn stash. This blanket is great to use up leftover yarn. I also used a size J-10 crochet hook. My favorite crochet hooks to use are the Clover Amour. You will also need a pair of scissors and a tapestry needle. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!

  • To change the length of this blanket, you will make more rows following the color sequence.
