Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing with you my newest crochet pattern, the 3D Baby Blanket. This is also known as the Crystal Waves Blanket. This is a great beginner-friendly crochet pattern that has a similar texture to a corner-to-corner project. The 3D Baby Blanket consists of a one row repeat and can be made in a variety of different colors.
The 3D Baby Blanket is made using Hobby Lobby I Love this Yarn in the color Glacier. However, you can use any #4 worsted weight yarn you have in your yarn stash. I also used a size J-10 crochet hook. My favorite crochet hooks to use are the Clover Amour. You will also need a pair of scissors and a tapestry needle. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!
3D Baby Blanket Pattern
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn (I used 2.5 skeins of Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn)
- J-10 hook
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Size:
32×32
Notes:
- If you want to change up the sizing of this blanket, you will need to work in multiples of 5.
- Special stitch (FPSC): insert your hook from right to left underneath the dc (dc should be on top of your hook), yarn over hook and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through 2 loops.
